 Configuring the HomePortal for a DSL Modem
The Set Up Your HomePortal 100W Page
- On the Set Up Your Homeportal 100W page, in
the Key Code boxes, type 522A-22A4-6262-22AT-B2HQ
(omit the dashes). Then, click the Next button.

- Click the pull-down menu and select the time zone
where you are located. Click Next. The Set
Up Connection Info page will appear.

- In the Username field, type your EarthLink
email address. In the Password field, type your
account password. Retype your password in the Confirm
Password field, and click Next. The Connecting
page will appear.

- Once the HomePortal is connected, the HomePortal
Setup Complete page will appear.

- Click the Finish button. The Home Network Management
page will appear.

The Home Network Management page is used for configuring your home network, monitoring your Internet connection, and checking your connection speed.
Click on the EarthLink logo in the upper-left
corner of the page. The EarthLink Personal Start
Page(sm) will appear. If your browser cannot open
the Personal Start Page, please contact
EarthLink Technical Support. See Contacting
Technical Support.
If your browser is able to open the EarthLink Personal
Start Page, you have finished configuring your primary
computer and can begin adding your other computer or
computers (called "remote computers") to your home network.
