Adding the NetBEUI (NetBIOS Extended User Interface) protocol to every Windows computer will speed up the transfer of files between computers on your home network.
To add NetBEUI to Windows NT:
Click the Start button, select Settings , and click on the Control Panel. The Control Panel window will appear.
Double-click the Network icon and select the Protocols tab. Click the Add button.

Select NetBEUI from the list. Click OK . The Network window will appear.

Click the Close button. If you are asked to restart the computer, click Yes.
